HERO-642镍钛机动系统预备磨牙根管的效果评价

目的 评价HERO-642镍钛机动系统在慢性根尖周炎的磨牙根管的临床预备效果.方法 对134例无窦型慢性根尖周炎的155颗磨牙随机分为2组,实验组76颗共163个根管,采用镍钛机动器械HERO-642系统预备根管;对照组79颗共168个根管,手用不锈钢K型锉预备.两组均用甘油-氢氧化钙糊剂根管内封药,1周行根管充填,通过对两组常见并发症及根管充填质量作比较,对预备效果进行评价.结果 实验组的根管充填质量优于对照组,断针的发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组根管预备后急症、台阶形成、根管侧穿的发生率差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 采用HERO-642镍钛机动系统预备磨牙根管,可提高根管充填质量,但应注意避免断针的发生.

Evaluation on root canal preparations of molars by HERO- 642 rotary Nickel- Titanium instrument

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy on root canal preparation of molars by HERO 642 rotary NickelTitanium instrument in chronic apical periodontitis.Methods 155 molars of 134 patients were randomly divided into two groups.In experiment group,76 molars and 163 root canals,were prepared by HERO-642 rotary NickelTitanium instrument.In control group,79 molars and 168 root canals,were prepared by stainless steel hand files.The clinical efficacy of root canal preparation were evaluated after root canal obturation.Results The rate of best root canal obturation in experiment group was better than that in control group,more files broke in experiment group during operation(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in the rates of interappointment emergencies and forming of ledge and perforation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The HERO-642 rotary Nickel-Titanium instrument can be used to prepare root canals of molars effectively.It should be paid attention to avoid the files breaking.
