300对不孕症夫妇对试管婴儿中心选择的因素分析

目的了解不孕夫妇选择试管婴儿中心的影响因素。方法募集300对来本中心咨询的不孕夫妇，采用不记名问卷调查。结果完成问卷的300对不孕夫妇中42．3％(127／300)是从本院医生处了解到有关生殖医学中心的信息的，从朋友或亲属那里听到的占34．3％(103／300)，从Internet网上了解到的占12．0％(36／300)，从在本中心治疗过的病人那里了解到的占10．7％(32／300)。试管婴儿的成功率是影响不孕夫妇决定选择一个试管婴儿中心最重要的因素，怀孕后医院能否提供完善的产科和新生儿科服务以保障母亲安全、宝宝健康，医生咨询时提供的信息质量和数量，治疗的私密性和就诊环境也是影响选择的重要因素。结论为了使试管婴儿中心更具有吸引力，在大力宣传、提供给人们充足信息的同时，需要提高技术水平，提高医生的服务质量。除此以外，还需尊重不孕夫妇的隐私，加强医院硬件方面的建设，改善就医环境。

The choice of assisted reproductive centre by infertile couples for in vitro fertilization

Objective To understand how infertile couples choose a reproductive medical center for in vitro fertilization. Methods Anonymous closed questionnaires were conducted.Three hundred infertile couples who came to the Reproductive Medical Center of the International Peace Maternity and Child Health Hospital were recruited. Results The most common source of information collection by infertile couples was from the doctors working in same hospital(42.3 %).Secondly information obtained from their friends and relatives(34.3 %),followed by Internet (12.0 %) or patients who were treated in the center previously (10.7 %).Successful rate (pregnancy rate) also affected the infertile couples in making decision.The level of medical services that provided by hospital to ensure safety to mothers and health to babies was one of the factors in making choice.Others involved with counseling doctors,patient's privacy,and clinic environment. Conclusion In order to increase attraction to infertile couples,a reproductive medical center should propagate themselves and spread enough information to public.It is essential to improve medical service and technique as well as clinical environment.
