穴位敷贴结合导引功法对慢性疲劳综合征患者膝关节生物力学性能等影响的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察穴位贴敷结合导引功法治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效及其对膝关节生物力学性能的影响。方法将168例慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为敷贴加导引组、敷贴组、导引组及对照组,每组42例。敷贴加导引组予穴位敷贴联合导引功法治疗,敷贴组予相同敷贴治疗,导引组予相同导引治疗,对照组予三磷酸腺苷片治疗。各组疗程均为40天,观察临床疗效,并比较膝关节等速运动测试相关参数指标(峰力矩、总功、平均功率)、疲劳量表-14积分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数的变化情况。结果①敷贴加导引组、敷贴组、导引组、对照组总有效率分别为92.86%、64.29%、73.81%、47.62%;组间临床疗效比较,敷贴加导引组优于其余3组(P0.05)。②等速运动测试方面,敷贴加导引组各参数指标均优于对照组(P0.05),部分优于敷贴组或导引组(P0.05)。③敷贴加导引组FS-14积分与PSQI积分均优于对照组(P0.05);同时,其FS-14积分优于敷贴组,而其FS-14积分与PSQI积分优于导引组(P0.05)。结论穴位敷贴结合导引功法治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效满意,可通过改善患者膝关节生物力学性能及其他临床症状,达到缓解疲劳的目的。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application and daoyin techniques on biomechanical properties of knee in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). Methods One hundred and sixty-eight cases were randomized into combined (acupoint application and daoyin techniques) group, acupoint application group, daoyin group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The combined group was treated with acupoint application and daoyin techniques, acupoint application group was treated by acupoint application, daoyin group was treated by daoyin techniques and control group was treated with Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) Tablets. With the course of 40 days. The clinical efficacy was observed, and the parameters indicators of knee isokinetic exercise test (peak torque-PT, total watt-TW, average power-AP ) and the integrator changes of Fatigue Scale -14 and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index were compared. Results ①The total effective rate of combined group, acupoint application group, daoyin group and control group was 92.86% , 64.29% , 73.81% and 47.62% , respectively. Comparison of clinical efficacy among these groups, the combined group was superior to the other three groups (P 〈 0.05 ). ②On the Isokinetic testing, the parameter indicators of the combined group were better than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05 ), partly better than the acupoint application group or daoyin group ( P 〈 0.05 ). ③The scores of FS- 14 and PSQI in combined group were superior to that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; and FS- 14 score was superior to that of the acupoint application group, FS-14 and PSQI scores were superior to that of the daoyin group (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion. Combined acupoint application and daoyin has satisfactory effect on CFS by improving the biomechanical properties of patients' knee joints and other clinical symptoms, to relieve the main objective fatigue purposes.
