| 摘 要： | 分析肛肠疾病术后肛门直肠狭窄的成因及分类,主要包括肛裂术后肛门狭窄、肛瘘术后肛门狭窄、外痔术后肛门狭窄、混合痔术后直肠狭窄和痔PPH术后直肠环状狭窄;在手指扩肛的基础上,可分别采用肛裂切除术加扩肛术、肛瘘瘢痕松解术和瘢痕切除术、外痔切除术、狭窄部位部分切开术。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the pathogenic factors and classification of posopertive anorectal stenosis of anorectal diseases, which can be classified into posopertive anorectal stenosis of anal fissure, posopertive anorectal stenosis of anal fistula, posopertive anorectal stenosis of external hemorrhoids, posopertive anorectal stenosis of mixed hemorrhoids, posopertive anorectal stenosis of PPH. One the basis of finger dilatation, lysis of scar plastic surgery, ciatrectomy, external hemorrhoidectomy, partial excision are added with excision of anal fissure. |
