神经系统重大疾病中蛋白质组学的应用

摘    要:神经系统疾病的发生是包括遗传、环境和自身免疫等多种因素综合作用的结果;患者的临床表现为多样性、病程进展多变性。因此,要阐明发病机制和进行有效治疗十分困难。蛋白质组学研究最显著的特点是能对生理与病理状态下的体液、组织或细胞中蛋白质组分进行大通量的综合分析,这无疑有助于对复杂多变的神经系统疾病进行较为全面的认识。

Abstract:Nervous system diseases are considered to be resulted from multitude factors,including inherit,environment,autoimmune and so forth.It is much difficult to elucidate their etiopathogenesis and to acquire a good curative effect,because of most of the patients having varied clinical symptoms and variable progression.For the proteomic technology,a predominant potentiality is able to obtain high-throughout proteome mapping from humor,tissue or cell,which is benefit to recognize complex and varied nervous system diseases by comparing the differences of protein expressions between physiological and pathological states.
