MMP-2和MMP-9与膀胱癌侵袭、复发的关系

目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶-2和-9(MMP-2和MMP-9)在膀胱癌组织的表达及其意义.方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测40例非复发性膀胱癌、26例复发性膀胱癌、12例膀胱移行细胞乳头状瘤和8例膀胱粘膜中MMP-2和MMP-9的表达水平,并比较二者与膀胱癌浸润深度、复发的关系.结果MMP-2和MMP-9在膀胱癌的表达明显多于乳头状瘤和膀胱粘膜(均P＜0.01),且与癌组织的分化有一定的关系,分化差者,阳性率较高.未浸润肌层的膀胱癌,其MMP-2和MMP-9的表达明显低于浸润肌层及肌层以外者(MMP-2P＜0.01;MMP-9P＜0.05);二者的表达与膀胱癌复发也有明显的关系,复发者,阳性率较高(P＜0.05).结论MMP-2和MMP-9的表达与膀胱癌的浸润和复发有关,可作为预测复发和预后的有用标志物.

THE ROLE OF MMP-2 AND MMP-9 IN THE INVASION AND RECURRENCE OF BLADDER CANCER

Objective:To study the role of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the invasion and recurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to study the MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression in 40 non-recurrence cancers,26 recurrence cancers,12 transitional cell papilomas and 8 normal bladder mucosa.Correlations between MMP-2,MMP-9 expression and cancer invasion or recurrence were evaluated.Rusults:Expression of MMP-2,MMP-9 were significantly higher in cancer than in papilomas or normal mucosa (P<0.01),and was correlated with the grade of cancers. In muscle invasive and recurrence bladder cancers,MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression were higher than superficial and non-recurrence ones respectively.Conclusion:MMP-2 and MMP-9 were related to the invasion and recurrence of bladder cancer and maybe helpful in calculate the recurrence and prognosis.
