| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉疾病诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法采用日本PENTAXEB-1570型电子鼻咽喉镜，连接SONY彩色监视器，配电脑图文系统，检查1538例有阳性体征患者，其中鼻部检查438例，鼻咽部检查85例，喉咽部及喉部检查987例，下呼吸道出血患者12例，耳部检查16饲。对712例声带息肉、声带小结等喉部疾病患者行电子鼻咽喉镜下的各种治疗。结果1538例患者顺利检查，并得到了诊断；129例声带息内、117例声带小结在电子鼻咽喉镜下行切除术，160例咽喉部异物的患者在电子鼻咽喉镜下取出异物，256例患者行病变组织活检。结论电子鼻咽喉镜在耳鼻咽喉疾病诊治中安全，特异性强，具有重要的实用价值，可在临床广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the experience of electric-nasopharyngeal on diagnosis and treatment of ear,nose and throat diseases.Methods 1538 patients were inspected with electric-nasopharyngeal(PENTAX EB-1570).Results All the 1538 cases were successfully examined under electric-nasopharyngeal,with correct diagnosis.Surgical procedures were also performed successfully under electric-nasopharyngeal among 129 cases with polyp of vocal cord,117 cases with vocal cord nodules,160 cases with foreign body in hypopharynx ... |
