护理干预对择期行腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人术前禁食禁饮的影响

目的 探讨护理干预对腹腔镜胆囊切除(LC)手术病人术前禁食、禁饮的影响.方法 将LC手术病人按入院的先后顺序分为对照组和实验组,对照组在术前仅给予常规的术前指导,实验组根据手术时间安排采取积极的护理干预措施,两组均在术后2天进行问卷调查,收集资料并进行统计学处理.结果 对照组比实验组术前禁食、禁饮的时间长,不良反应多,两组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.01).结论 护理干预强化了LC病人对术前禁食、禁饮的正确认识,提高了病人术前的舒适度及手术的耐受力和围手术期的安全.

Effects of nursing intervention on preoperative fasting and water-deprivation in patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the effects of nursing intervention on preoperative fasting and water-deprivation in patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC). Method The patients undergoing elective LC were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to their sequence of hospitalization. The patients in the control group only received routine preoperative guidelines, while the patients in the study group received active nursing intervention adjusted to the right time of operation. All patients in the two groups answered a self-administered questionnaire. Data was collected and analyzed statistically. Results The time lasting for fasting and water-deprivation in the control group was much longer than that in the study group(p<0.01), while more adverse reactions were found in the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention could strengthen the correct understanding about preoperative fasting and water-deprivation in those patients undergoing elective LC. It is suggested that the degree of comfort, tolerance and safety can be improved in this way.
