摘    要:目的:测定新疆雪莲花中多糖和总黄酮的含量。方法:用可见分光光度标准曲线法测定含量,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:总黄酮的平均含量是2.05%;多糖的平均含量是5.06%。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the content of polysaccharide and the whole flavones in Saussurea involucrate.Methods:The content of polysaccharide was analysed by at 490 nm and the contents of the whole flavones at 510 nm.Results:The average content of polysaccharide was 5.07% and the average content of the whole flavones 2.06%.
