腹腔镜子宫切除术与经腹、经阴子宫切除术比较各有优劣,其中,肠管损伤发生率三者相似;术后的感染率,包括不明原因的发热、切口感染、泌尿道感染、盆腔蜂窝织炎、盆腔血肿/脓肿、肺炎等,腹腔镜子宫切除术明显较经腹和经阴子宫切除术低,目前,腹腔镜子宫切除术需要改进的是减少输尿管的损伤。建议医师们在选择术式时,综合多方面的因素,选择创伤小、有利于患者恢复的手术方式。

Comparisons of Methods of Hysterectomy and Their Complications

The purpose of this article is to compare the morbidity of operation complication of laparoscopic hysterectomy,vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy. The rate of intestinal damage is similar among the three operations, but the infection rate after operation is lower in laparoscopic hysterectomy than that of vaginal hysterectomy and abdominal hysterectomy, which includes fever with no reason, incision infection, urinary tract infection, pelvic cellulites, pelvichematoma/abscess, pneumonia and so on. The improvement of laparoscopic hysterectomy needed is to decrease the rate of ureter damage. We should consider all factors before operation and choose the best type with minor damage and quick recover.
