中、西医学生明尼苏达多项人格分析比较

目的:对中、西医学生的多项人格作出全面准确的评估,通过分析比较,了解中、西医学生的人格异同,填补相关资料的空白,以便更好地提高医学生的综合素质,探讨中西医人格的关系。方法:采用MPPI问卷对广州中医药大学和中山大学中山医学院七年制的中、西医学生进行调查,用MPPI测试软件录入调查者的答案,再用SPSS统计软件包对数据进行分析处理。结果:在181名平均年龄为21.02±1.34岁的医学生中(男89,女92),有33人(18.23%)呈心理变态项高分,有31人(17.13%)抑郁项分数和30人(16.57%)癔症项分数较高。在Hy,D,Hs,Pd,Mf,Pa,Pt,Sc,Ma,Si十个分量表中,有115人(63.54%)有一项或一项以上有异常高分。男女生在精神衰弱项上有显著性差异,中西医学生在Hy(癔症),Hs(疑病),Pa(偏执)项上有显著性差异。结论:中、西医学生均存在不同程度的人格问题,其人格修养不可忽视。中西医学校的学习压力、学科属性、教育模式、人际关系等是造成人格差异的主要原因。

Analysis and Comparison on Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory of the Students of TCM and Western Medicine

Objective:To evaluate the multiphasic personality inventory of the students of TCM and western medicine in an all-round and exact way.By analysis and comparison,we want to know the personality differences between the students of TCM and western medicine so as to fill the blank space of related data,enhance the composite quality of the students and probe into the relationship in the personality of students from TCM and western medicine.Methods:We do some research on the students of TCM and western medicine by the questionnaires of MPPI,input the answers by the MPPI software and analyze the data by the statistical software of SPSS.Results:A test of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory(MMPI)has been conducted on 181 students with an average age of 21.02±1.34,among which 89 students were male,92 students were female.33students(18.23%)have been scored high on Psychopathic Deviate(Pd)item;31 students(17.13%)and 30 students(16.57%)have been scored high on Depression(D)item and Hysteria(Hy)item.115 students(63.54%)have shown high score on one or more scales for the ten items 0f Hy,D,Hs,Pd,Mf,Pa,Pt,Sc,Ma,and Si.The two sexes make a significant difference on Psychasthenia(Pt)item,and the students of TCM and western medicine a significant difference on Hy,Hs and Pa.Conclusion:There are some personality problems in the students of medicine.The cultivation of medical students should not be ignored,the study pressure,the academic discipline,the education mode and the human relations are the main reasons cause the differences.
