Ⅲ、Ⅳa期鼻咽癌的综合治疗分析

目的:观察局部晚期鼻咽癌患者单纯放疗和放疗联合化疗的疗效和毒副作用。方法:治疗组,放疗同期应用化疗(化疗方案:顺铂20mg/d,静脉滴注,第1～5天;氟脲嘧啶500mg/d,静脉滴注,第1～5天;亚叶酸钙0.2g/d,静脉滴注,第1～5天),在放疗期间密切观察血常规、肝肾功能及生命体征的变化。对照组20例只化疗后单纯放疗。所有患者在放疗前行第1周期化疗,在化疗间歇期开始放疗,放疗方法与单纯放疗组相同,待放疗结束后再继续化疗。结果:治疗组和对照组的完全缓解率、生存率分别为90.0%、73.3%和93.3%、65.0%,差异无统计学意义。结论:新辅助化疗和同步化疗逐渐和放射治疗配合应用对局部晚期鼻咽癌的疗效有所提高。

Complex Therapy Analysis of Patients with Ⅲ,Ⅳ a Pharyngeal Cancer

Goal Observe curative effect and poisonous side effect of partial later period pharyngeal cancer patient pure radiotherapy and radiotherapy union chemotherapy.Method The treatment group,theradio therapy applies the chemotherapy at the same time(the chemotherapy plan:Along platinum 20mg/d,vein drop note,1-5th day;Fluorine ureapyrimidine 500mg/d,vein drop note,1-5th day;Asian folic acidcalcium 0.2g/d,the vein drop note,the 1-5th day),We observe the change which in the radiotherapy period.And the control group treated with only chemotherapy pure radiotherapy.All patients lead the way the 1st cyclical chemotherapy in theradiotherapy.Finally The control group and the treatment group completely alleviating rate,the survival rate respectively are 90.0%,73.3% and93.3%,65.0%,difference non-statistics significance.Conclusion new assistance chemotherapy and the synchronized chemotherapy gradually have the enhancement with the radiotherapy coordination application to the partial later period pharyngeal cancer curative effect.
