摘    要:目的 用接触式显微电视系统活体观察肥胖病人皮肤微循环和皮下脂肪组织。方法 对额部、腹部及上臂内侧微循环及皮下脂肪组织作活体观察,设计了观察指标及皮下脂肪积分方法。结果 与对照组健康人(n=20),肥胖组(n=100)额部、腹部皮扶异形微血管明显增多,血流淤滞或看不清者明显增多,腹部、上臂内侧皮下脂肪组织积分明显升高,且与体质指数(BMI)呈显著正相关(r=0.813,P<0.05)。腹部皱折明显增多。结论 单纯性肥胖病患者有皮肤微循环障碍,皮下脂肪组织堆积,用接触式显微电视对肥胖病人皮肤作活体观察是判断肥胖程度与减肥疗效的一种有用工具。

Abstract:Objective To detect the subcutanous microcirculation and adipose in obesity patients using contact TV-microscopic system. Methods The parameters of vital microcirculation observation and subcutanous adipose scores were designed and the microcirculation and subcutanous adipose of forehead, abdomen and inner side of the upper arm were detected. Results Compared with the control group(n=20) a significant increase in abnormal capillary, blood stasis or unclear blood flow appeared in addition to the increase of subcutanous adipose scores of abdomen and inner side of upper arm in the obese group. Furthermore, there was a positive correlation between the increase of adipose scores and the body mass index(BMI,r=0.813, P<0.05). The abdominal folds in the obesity group increased too. Conclusions The subcutanous microcirculatory disturbances and accumulation of subcutanous adipose exsist in the simple obesity patients. Using contact TV-microscopic system to detect the subcutanous microcirculation and adipose in obesity patients is a useful tool for evaluating obese degree and body weight reducing effect.
