骨质疏松与2型糖尿病相关性的临床研究

目的研究骨质疏松与2型糖尿病的关系。方法选择本院2型糖尿病患者120例,所有患者均符合1999年WHO制定的糖尿病诊断标准,该组患者作为实验组。并选择同时期到我院体检的健康者100例,作为对照组。两组人群均采用双能X线吸收测定法检测骨密度,两组人群均在股骨颈和腰椎两部位进行骨密度检测。同时化验两组空腹血糖、血钙水平、血磷水平。结果实验组空腹血糖显著高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);且该组血钙、血磷水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组总计松质骨骨密度、总计皮质骨骨密度分别与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组男性松质骨骨密度、男性皮质骨骨密度分别与本组中女性松质骨骨密度和女性皮质骨骨密度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者高血糖水平与骨质疏松有一定相关性。

Clinical Research of Osteoporosis and Type 2 Diabetes-Related

Objective To study the relationship between type 2 diabetes and osteoporosis.Methods 120 cases of type 2 diabetes at the selection,all patients are in line with the 1999 WHO develop diabetes mellitus diagnostic criteria,the Group of patients as the experimental group.And select the same period to 100 patients of medical examination in our health,as a control group.Two groups with determination of dual energy x ray absorptiometry bone density detection,two groups are in the femoral neck and lumbar bone mineral density in two parts.While testing two groups of fasting blood glucose,blood levels of calcium,serum phosphorus levels.Results Fasting blood sugar significantly in the experimental group than the control group,the differences are statistically significantly（P0.01）;and the groups of serum calcium,serum phosphorus levels significantly lower than the control group,the difference statistically significant（P0.05）;the experimental group total of cancellous bone mineral density and total cortical bone mineral density compared with the control group,respectively,differences are statistically significant（P0.05）;experimental group of cancellous bone and bone mineral density in men,cortical bone mineral density in men with those of the women in this group of cancellous bone female cortical bone on bone mineral density and bone mineral density in comparison,differences are statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The high blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and osteoporosis have a certain relevance.
