胃癌组织P16和P53蛋白表达的研究

目的研究胃癌组织中P16和P53蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,对57例胃癌组织和癌旁组织、38例正常胃组织中p16和p53基因表达产物进行检测,并结合临床进行讨论和分析。结果胃癌组织中P16蛋白的阳性率为21.1%（12/57）,明显低于癌旁组织59.6%（34/57）和正常胃组织89.5%（34/38,P〈0.05）;P53蛋白的阳性率为80.7%（46/57）,明显高于癌旁黏膜组织42.1%（24/57）和正常胃组织0%（0/38,P〈0.05）。P16和P53蛋白表达与胃癌组织学类型、浸润深度、分化程度及淋巴结转移有关（P〈0.05）。结论胃癌组织P16和P53蛋白的异常表达与胃癌发生发展、淋巴结转移和预后可能有关。

Research of Expressions for P16 and P53 Proteins in the Gastric Cancer Tissue

Objective To research expression of P16 and P53 proteins in the occurrence and development in the gastric cancer tissue. Methods p16 and p53 genes expressions were detected in 57 gastric cancer and pericarcinoma tissues as well as 38 normal gastric tissues by immunohistochemistry.The data were analyzed with clinical materials.Results The positive rate of P16 protein expression was 21.1 %（12/57） in gastric cancer samples and was significantly lower than that in both pericarcinoma tissues 59.6 %（34/57） and normal gastric tissues 89.5%（34/38,P〈0.05）.The positive rate of P53 protein expression was 80.7%（46/57） in gastric cancer tissue,and significantly higher than those in pericarcinoma tissues（42.1%） and normal gastric tissues（0%,P〈0.05）.The positive expressions of the P16 and P53 proteins were correlated with histological type and degree of differentiation of gastric carcinoma and depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The data suggest that abnormal expressions of P16 and P53 proteins are closely correlated to the occurrence and development,malignancy degree,lymph node metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
