| 摘 要： | 98对反复自发性流产夫妇中共检出染色体异常者11例,占受检人数的5.6%。11例染色体异常者中有9种核型,其中数目异常者5例,结构异常者6例。4例染色体异常者拒绝家系调查,故其起源无法确定。6例是由新突变所致。肯定由上代遗传而来者1例。提示染色体新突变是反复自发性流产人群中染色体异常的重要起因。

| Abstract: | Of 98 couples with frequentative spontaneous abortions,Eleven are detected the presence ofc hromosome abnormalities(5.6%).Among them,9 karyotypes are demonstra- ted:there are 5 cases with numerical abnormality,and 6 cases with structural aber- ations.By predigree analysis of 7 cases,6 arise out of neomorph,only 1 cases is transmitted from the previous generation,and other 4 cases refuse our investigation and hence uncertained.The aboev analysis suggests that new mutations play an imp- ortant role in chromosomal abnormalities in the population as cause of freqientative spontaneous abortion. |
