| 摘 要： | 目的:临床观察心理干预能否降低原发性高血压病人降血压药物的剂量。方法:40例诊断为原发性高血压的病人,随机分为两组,试验组20例,给予非洛地平(波依定)2.5mg/天,辅以放松训练,每周2~3次,持续2月,定期复查血压及监督药物依从性;对照组20例,给予非洛地平5mg/天,观察2月,定期复查血压及药物依从性。观察两组病人短期血压控制情况。结果:2月后,试验组与对照组患者血压均控制良好,两者比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:综合心理干预能降低高血压病人临床降压药物的使用剂量。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study whether relaxation training effects on the dose of Felodipine in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: 40 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups: studied group received Felodipine 2.5mg/day for 2 months) and relaxation training, and control group were treated by Felodipine 5mg/day . Two groups were followed up for 2 months. Blood pressure was assessed before treatment, and each week interval after treatment. Results: The blood pressure of patients in two groups significantly decreased. There was no significant difference between two groups in their blood pressure(P>0.05). Conclusion: Psychological intervention decreased the dose of Felodipine in patients with essential hypertension. |
