广东增城地区干部职工尿酸血症流行特征分析

目的了解广东增城地区健康体检的干部职工高尿酸血症的流行病学特征,探讨高尿酸血症发病的相关因素。方法选择广州增城地区2285例单位干部职工,分别测量身高、体质量、血压、空腹血糖(FPG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(L-DLC)、血尿酸(UA)以及作肝脏B超检查。结果 2285例体检人群中,高脂血症646例(28.27%)。体质量超标、高血压、高TG、高TC、高LDL-C、脂肪肝、肾结石的发生与高尿酸血症呈正相关(P<0.01),FPG异常及胆囊炎、胆结石与高尿酸血症无相关性(P>0.05)。结论广东增城地区干部职工高尿酸血症的患病率高于国内其他地区;体质量超标、高血压、血脂代谢异常、脂肪肝是高尿酸血症的重要相关因素。必须防治血压、血脂代谢紊乱及超重,加强健康教育和健康促进,增强人群的自我保健意识,改变不良的饮食生活习惯。

Analysising of Uricacidemia Prevalence Characteristic on Officials in Zengcheng

Objective To know the hyperuricemia prevalence characteristic in health examination of local officals in Zengcheng,to explore the correlative factors of hyperuricemia.Methods To select 2285 officials in Zengcheng,to measure the height,weight,BP,FPG,TG,TC,L-DLC、UA and liver ultrasonography B.Results During the 2 285 cases,646 cases were hyperuricemia(28.27%).Positive correlation was found between hyperuricemia and factors including overweight,hypertention,hypertriglyceridemia,hypercholesteremia,high LDL-C,fatty liver and nephrolith(P < 0.01),while no correlation was found among hyperuricemia and cholecystolithiasis,cholecystitis(P > 0.05).Conclusion The morbidity of hyperuricemia of officials in Zengcheng was higher than other domestic districts;Overweight,hypertention and dyslipidemia were important factors of hyperuricemia.So we must prevent overweight、hypertention and dyslipidemia,should enhance health education,strengthen health awareness and quit bad diet habits.
