MOCA对大鼠红细胞膜流动性的影响

摘    要:采用荧光偏振法,以DPH为探针,测定了红细胞膜的流动性,实验结果表明,4,4′-亚甲基双(α-氯苯胺)(MOCA)可引起红细胞膜损伤,导致膜流动性降低,而加入VC或VE后,均可使膜流动性恢复近于正常水平,提示VC和VE可保护红细胞,免于MOCA的损伤作用。

Abstract:The fluidity of erythrocyte membrane in rat was determined using the method of fluorescence polarization with DPH as probe.The results showed that MOCA could cause the damage of erythrocyte membrane and lead to the reduction of membrane fluidity.The membrane fluidity reached normal level when vitamine C or vitamine E was added.This demonstrated that vitamine C or vitamine E can protect erythrocyte membrane from the damage caused by MOCA.
