| 摘 要： | 目的：观察喉咽清(HYQ)含片的解热镇痛和抗炎作用。方法：通过制作高热模型、急性和慢性非特异性炎症模型及疼痛模型，观察HYQ含片对发热、炎症及疼痛的影响。结果：HYQ含片能降低致热家兔的体温：能抑制大鼠足跖肿胀和肉芽肿的生成及减少致痛小鼠的扭体次数。结论：HYQ含片具有明确的解热、镇痛和抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the antipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect of Houyanqing(HYQ) tablet for sucking.Methods:Animal's hyperpyrexia model, acute and chronic nonspecific inflammatory model and ache model were treated by HYQ tablet for sucking.Effect of HYQ tablet for sucking on pyrexia, ache and inflammatory were observed.Results:HYQ tablet for sucking can decreased the temperature of fever rabbits and the writhing times of ache mice,and inhibited the swelling no foot metatarsus and the forming of granulation of rats significantly.Conclusion:HYQ tablet for sucking have the obviously antipyretic analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect. |
