国产辛伐他汀治疗原发性高胆固醇血症的临床观察

Clinical Evaluation of Domestic Simvastatin in Treatment of Primary Hypercholesterolemia

Purpose:To determine the role ot sirnvastatin which was made in China for patients with primary hypercholesterolemia. Methods:Twenty-nine patients with hypercholesterolemia were treated with sirnvastatin as test group and thirteen patients were treated with zocor (sirnvastatin made in America) as control group for 8 weeks, the dosage was 10mg/day. Results:The results showed that serum levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) ,low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and the ratio of (TC-HDL-C)/HDL-C were reduced by 24.9% ,24.7% ,34.7% and 41.7% respectively in test group,and serum levels of those were reduced by 24.7% ,23.9% ,34.9% and 41.2% respectively in control group. The serum level of HDL-C was increased by 15.7% in test group and 16.3% in control group. The serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and the ratio of (TC-HDL-C)/HDL-C were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment (P<0.05-0.01) and serum level of HDL-C was significantly higher after treatment than that before treatment (P<0.01) in two groups. The total effectiveness rates of simvastatin for TC,TG,HDL-C and (TC-HDL-C)/HDL-C were 97% ,70% , 100% and 97% respectively in test group,and 92% ,63% , 100% and 100% respectively in control group. There was no statistical difference between the two groups (P > 0.05 ). Conclusion: The results showed that simvastatin made in China is a safe and effective lipid-modulator.
