| 摘 要： | 本文结合14例肺大泡病人讨论肺大泡的诊断和治疗。临床上长期诊断为慢性自发性气胸或偶而发现的局限性气胸者,经多次抽气气胸不消失或消失后很快又重现者,应想到肺大泡。X光检查和支气管连影诊断价值很大。一般主张在未发生严重并发症(感染、气胸)之前手术,手术应彻底切除大泡和缝扎边缘串珠状小泡,尽可能保存正常肺组织。

| Abstract: | As view from 14 cases the diagnosis and treatment for bullae of lung were discussed. Bullae of lung should be considered when a patient was diagnosed as follows: 1.chronic spontaneous pneumothrax; 2.localized pneumothorax, which disappeared or recurrenced rapidly after avulsion for gas some times. The operation must performed before the severe complications(infection, pneumothorax ) . It is proposed that the resection, which for total bullae of lung sutures the beaded alveoli on its margin should be performed while the normal lung is protected as possible. |
