悬浮床在辅助治疗老年严重烧伤中的应用

目的探讨应用悬浮床辅助治疗大面积烧伤老年患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的大面积烧伤的老年患者,选取25例采用悬浮床辅助治疗患者作为观察组,选取25例同期采用卧普通软垫床治疗患者作为对照组。两组患者除卧床类型不同外,其他治疗方案均相同,分别观察两组患者的内脏并发症、多器官功能不全,创面细菌分泌物培养阳性率、创面脓毒症例数,电解质紊乱情况,以及患者创面完全愈合时间,进行组间比较分析。结果观察组临床疗效明显好于对照组,两组间观察指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用悬浮床辅助治疗大面积烧伤患者能加速创面愈合,降低烧伤感染、并发症,大大减轻医护人员工作量是救治大面积烧伤病人的一种重要的辅助治疗措施。

Application of Fluidized Bed in Adjuvant Therapy of Severe Burn in the Elderly

Objective To explore the clinical effect of the fluidized bed in treatment of severe burn among the elderly.Methods The clinical data of the elderly with severe burn were studied retrospectively.Twenty-five patients of the observed group were treated with fluidized bed and 25 patients of the control group were used the common bolster bed.Both groups were received the same therapeutic regimen.The rate of concurrent disease,MODS,positive rate of secretion culture,sepsis,electrolyte disturbances,wound healing time and hospital stay time were compared between the 2 groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observed group was significantly better than that of the control group.Most of the indexes mentioned above showed statistically significant differences between the 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The fluidized bed can speed up the healing of raw surface,decrease complication and the infection rate of burn/concurrent disease,and effectively took a load off medical works.It is also considered to be one of the important adjuvant measures in treatment of severe burn.
