米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠46例临床分析

目的探讨米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法将已明确诊断的92例异位妊娠患者随机分为观察组46例和对照组46例。观察组采用米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗方案，对照组采用甲氨蝶呤治疗方案。记录血B—HCG值降至正常范围所需时间，同时观察包块缩小情况及副反应出现的情况。对2组疗效进行比较。结果观察组治愈率为93，48％，对照组治愈率为76．09％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈O．05）。观察组血B—HCG值降至正常范围需（19．043±7，648）d，对照组血B-HCG值降至正常范围需（23，435±9．133）d，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈O，05）。结论米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠疗效优于单纯使用甲氨蝶呤。

Clinical analysis of mifepristone combined methotrexate for treatment of 46 cases of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Mifepristone with Methotrexate（MTX） in treating ectopic pregnancy.Methods 92 cases who have been diagnosed ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group （46 cases ） and control group （46 cases ）.The observation group was treated with Mifepristone combined with MTX, and the control group was treated with MTX singly.The time of serum human-chorionic-gonadotropin turning into negative was recorded.The lump diminution and the adverse drug reaction were observed.Results The cure rating of observation group were 93.48%,and the control group were 76.09 %.There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.The observation group were 19.043 ± 7.648 d in time of serum human -chorionic-gonadotropin turning into negative, and the control group were 23.435 ± 9.133d. There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined MTX in treatment of ectopic pregnancy was more effective than single MTX in treating ectopic pregnancy.
