摘    要:实验在31只兔身上进行。利用自制的刺激电极和微量灌注管对核团进行刺激和微量灌注。观察到一侧孤束核(NTS)和脑干网状结构尾端腹外侧区(cVLM)内微量注入r-氨基丁酸(GABA)后,电刺激NTS引起肾交感神经放电反应(NTS-SND)的抑制效应明显减弱,可持续10~15分钟。说明在兔NTS和cVLM中含有对肾交感神经放电和血压调控的GABA能系统。而NTS对交感神经放电抑制和使血压下降至少部分是通过cVLM中的GABA受体发挥作用的。

Abstract:xperiments were performed on 31 rabbits. The technique provides a highly localized drug adminstrationand electrical stimulation on NTS. Ipsilateral microinjection of r-amino butyric acid(GABA) into NTS orcVLM could diminish the SND inhibitory and depressor responses elicited by electrical stimulation of NTS. These responses usually lasted 10-15 min, The results of the present study indicate that there is GABAergicsystem responsible for SND and arterial pressure control in the NTS and cVLM of the rabbit.The sympatho- inhibitory responses evoked from NTS are mediated ,at least in part by GABA receptors in the cVLM.
