不同危险因素对剖宫产产妇产后出血发生率的影响

目的探讨不同危险因素对剖宫产产妇产后出血发生率的影响。方法回顾性分析本院剖宫产产后m血产妇的临床资料，运用X^2检验和多因素Logistic回归模型分析孕期及产时因素对产后出血的影响。结果剖宫产产妇孕前流产史、围产期检查、微血管溶血性疾病、胎盘植入及局部基层断裂与产后出血密切相关。多因素Logistic回归模型结果显示，微血管溶血性疾病及胎盘植入是剖宫产产妇产后出血的危险因素。结论剖宫产产后出血受多种因素影响，孕期应加强微血管溶血性疾病的防治，并对胎盘植入及肌层断裂情况采取积极防范与治疗措施。

Effects of Different Risk Factors on the Incidence of Maternity Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the effects of different risk factors on the incidence of maternity postpartum hemorrhage to seek clinical treatment measures. Methods The clinical data of the puerperae with postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Chi-square test and multi-factor Logistic regression model were used to analyze the effects of the factors during pregnancy and at the time of delivery on postpartum hemorrhage. Results The abortion history, perinatal examination, microvascular hemolytic disease, placenta implantation and local primary-level rupture in the puerperae were closely associated with postpartum hemorrhage. Multi-factor Logistic regression model results demonstrated that microvascular hemolytic disease and placenta implantation were the risk factors of postpartum hemorrhage in the puerperae with cesarean section. Conclusion Postpartum hemorrhage is affected by a lot of factors. Thus, the prevention and treatment of microvascular hemolytic disease should be reinforced during pregnancy, and corresponding treatment measures should be actively taken to prevent and treat placenta implantation and local primary-level rupture.
