温针灸对亚健康肝气虚证职场女性T细胞亚群及细胞因子水平的影响

目的观察并评价温针灸对亚健康肝气虚证职场女性人群T细胞亚群及细胞因子水平的干预效果。方法选择亚健康肝气虚证职场女性60人,随机分为治疗组和对照组。两组均实施个体化健康教育,并辅助心理疏导。治疗组加用太冲、气海穴温针灸,连续干预4个疗程,用流式细胞仪法检测血中CD3、CD4、CD8水平,ELISA法检测IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果经太冲、气海穴温针灸治疗4个疗程后,治疗组CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8比值与干预前相比明显提高(P<0.05),CD8、IL-2、IL-6、TNF-α水平与干预前比较明显下降(P<0.05),且均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对亚健康肝气虚证职场女性实施太冲、气海穴温针灸,可以调节T淋巴细胞亚群失衡,降低炎性细胞因子水平,改善免疫功能,提高机体免疫力。

Impacts of Warm Needling Therapy on T- Cell Subgroups and Cytokine Level in the Office Ladies with Sub -Healthy State of Liver Qi Deficiency Pattern/Syndrome

Objective To observe and assess the intervention effect of warm needling therapy on T - cell subgroups and eytokine level in the office ladies of sub - healthy state of liver qi deficiency pattern/ syndrome. Methods Sixty office ladies of sub - healthy state of liver qi deficiency pattern/syndrome were randomized into a treatment group and a control group. The individualized healthy education,with psychologi- cal aid was adopted in the two groups. In the treatment, the warm needling therapy was added at Taiehong （ LR3 ） and Qihai （ CV6 ） , continuously for 4 sessions of treatment. FCM was used to detect the levels of CD3, CD4 and CD8. ELISA was applied to detect the levels of IL - 2, IL - 6 and TNF - ct. Results After 4 ses- sions of treatment with warm needling therapy at LR3 and CV6, the levels of CD3 and CD4 and the ratio of CD4/CD8 in the treatment group were increased obviously as compared with those before intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The levels of CD8, IL - 2, IL - 6 and TNF - o~ were reduced obviously as compared with those before intervention （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and were superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Warm needling therapy at LR3 and CV6 regulates the imbalance of T - cell subgroups, reduces the level of inflammatory cy- tokine and improves the immune function and body immunity in the office ladies of sub - healthy state of liver qi deficiency oattem/svndrome.
