外界温度和放置时间对网织红细胞及其参数测定的影响

摘    要:目的观察静脉血标本在改变外界温度和放置时间因素后对网织红细胞及其参数测定结果的影响。方法随机采集53例门诊病人的静脉血标本,即刻测定后分别置于冰箱(4℃)、室温(24℃)条件下,在采血后2、4、6、8、10、12、24、48和72h测定血标本中网织红细胞及其参数。结果室温组中,在放置时间因素改变下,网织红细胞及各项参数在12h内与即刻值比较差异无统计学意义,从24h开始各项参数与即刻值比较差异有统计学意义;4℃组中,网织红细胞百分率和HFR72h内与即刻值比较差异无统计学意义,IRF、LFR、MFR从48h开始与即刻值比较差异有统计学意义。结论血液标本离体后在室温(24℃)条件下12h内网织红细胞及其参数均无明显影响,放置冰箱(4℃)24h内网织红细胞及其参数均无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of reticulocyte and its parameters of venous blood samples in various outside temperature and time storage. Methods 53 cases venous blood of outpatients samples were measured immediately or after, storage at 4 ℃ and 24 ℃ and determined the reticulocyte and its parameters of the blood after 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 , 24, 48 and 72 hours. Results In room temperature group, changes in the time factor, reticulocyte and its parameters in 12 h showed no significant difference compared with immediate values, reticulocyte and its parameters showed significant difference compared with immediate values at 24 h; In 4 ℃ group, Ret% and HFR in 72 h had no significant difference compared with immediate values, IRF, LFR, MFR had significant difference compared with immediate values at 48 h. Conclusion Reticulocyte and its parameters were stable in 12 h at 24 ℃ ,24 h at 4 ℃ after collected.
