成人慢性化脓性中耳炎的病原菌分布及耐药性分析

目的分析成年人慢性化脓性中耳炎的菌群分布及药敏结果，寻找有效的抗生素并指导临床合理用药。方法对60例经临床诊断为慢性化脓性中耳炎的成年人患者耳道分泌物进行涂片、培养鉴定、药敏试验，并对培养阳性菌株的种类及药物敏感试验结果进行统计。结果60份分泌物共分离出致病菌66株，革兰阳性球菌33株（50%），以金黄色葡萄球菌为主；革兰阴性杆菌18株（27．3％），以非发酵菌为主；真菌15株（22．7％），以曲霉菌为主。结论革兰阳性球菌仍是本地区成年人慢性化脓性中耳炎的主要致病菌，治疗应根据病原菌的鉴定和药敏试验结果选择安全有效的药物及时进行治疗。

Pathogen Distribution and Drug Resistance Analysis of Adult Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

Objective To Analyze adult chronic suppurative otitis media flora distribution and drug sensitivity results,to find effective antibiotics and to guide clinical rational drug use. Methods In 2012,60 cases of 19 84 years old, diagnosed as chronic suppurative otitis media tract secretions were smeared, cultured and identified. Drug sensitive test and statistic analysis of the result of drug sensitivity in cultured positive strains were performed. Results In 60 samples of secretions, 66 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, 33 strains of gram positive cocci, accounted for 500/oo ,mainly Staphylococcus aureus;18 strains of gram negative bacilli, accounting for 27.3%, mainly non-fermentative bacteria~ 15 fungi strains, accounting for 22. 7%, mainly Aspergil]us. Conclusion The main pathogens were gram positive cocci in the region of adult chronic suppurative otitis media, therefore, treatment should be timely performed according to pathogenic bacteria identification and drug sensitivity test results to choose a safe and effective drug.
