中药对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠雄激素合成酶表达的影响

目的通过观察丹栀逍遥丸及栀子提取物京尼平苷对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)大鼠模型高雄激素血症的影响,探讨卵巢内雄激素合成关键酶17β-羟甾脱氢酶(17β-HSD)在PCOS高雄激素血症发生机制中的作用。方法抽取PCOS模型大鼠18只,随机分为对照组、京尼平苷组、丹栀逍遥丸组,每组各6只。测定大鼠体重、卵巢指数、血清激素水平,以免疫组织化学方法检测各组大鼠卵巢中17β-HSD的相对表达。结果丹栀逍遥丸组与京尼平苷组大鼠体重、性激素水平、卵巢重量、卵巢中17β-HSD的表达与对照组比较,均有改善(P<0.05)。结论栀子提取物京尼平苷及丹栀逍遥丸在改善PCOS大鼠高雄激素血症的同时,可使使卵巢内雄激素合成关键酶17β-HSD表达下降。

Impacts of Chinese Herbal Medicine on Androgen Synthetase Expression in PCOS in Rats

Objective To explore the effect of Androgen Synthetase, 1713 -HSD in hyperandro- genism of polycystic ovarian syndrome （PCOS）via the impacts of Danzhi Xiayao Pills and geniposide extrac- ted from gardenia in hyperandrogenism in the rat models of PCOS. Methods Eighteen model rats of PCOS were collected and randomized into a control group, a geniposide group and a Danzhi Xiaoyao Pills group,6 rats in each one. The body weight, ovaries index and serum hormone level were determined in the rats. IHC method was adopted to detect the relevant expression of 1713 - HSD in the ovaries of the rats in each group. Results The body weight, sexual hormone level, ovarian weight and the expression of 17 [3 - HSD in the- Danzhi Xiaoyao Pills group and the geniposide group were all improved as compared with the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Geniposide extracted from gardenia andDanzhi Xiayao Pills relieve the symptoms of hyperandrogenism in PCOS rats besidesreducing the expression of 17 [5 -HSD.
