小儿静脉输液中护理干预应用效果观察

目的探讨观察护理干预在小儿静脉输液中的应用效果。方法选取2009年8月—2012年12月该院进行静脉输液治疗的100例小儿患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理干预组)50例和观察组(强化护理干预组)50例,然后将两组患儿干预前后的输液过程中的配合情况、疼痛评估效果及患儿家长满意度进行比较。结果观察组输液过程中的配合情况及疼痛评估效果优于对照组,患儿家长满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在小儿静脉输液中的应用效果较佳,可有效改善患儿穿刺过程不适感,因此更受患儿家长的欢迎。

Observation of the Application Effect of Nursing Intervention Applied to Intravenous Infusion in Children

Objective To study the application effect of nursing intervention applied to intravenous infusion in children. Methods100 cases of children underwent intravenous infusion in our hospital from August, 2009 to December, 2012 were divided into control group（conventional nursing intervention group） and observation group（intensive nursing intervention） with 50 cases in each. The control group was given conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group was given intensive nursing intervention. The cooperation of the children during the process of intravenous infusion, the assessment of pain degree of the children and the satisfaction degree of the children＇s parents of the groups before and after the intervention were compared. Results The cooperation during the process of intravenous infusion and the assessment of pain degree of the children in the observation group were better than those of the children in the control group, the parents＇ satisfaction degree of the children in the observation group was higher than that of the children in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention applied to intravenous infusion in children has good effect, which can effectively alleviate the discomfort during the puncture process, therefore, it is welcomed by the parents.
