综合护理干预对咽异感症患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

目的评价综合护理干预对咽异感症患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法随机选取该院2010年12月—2012年12月期间收治的90例咽异感症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理干预。结果治疗1周后,观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分分别为(45.1±9.6)分、(45.3±8.7)分均少于对照组焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分(53.6±8.7)分、(53.6±7.9)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合护理干预对咽异感症患者效果佳,对缩短、降低患者不愉快的程度有一定效果。

Influence of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Pharyn- geal Abnormal sense of Anxiety and Depression

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with pharyngeal abnormal sense of anxiety and depression. Methods Randomly selected in our hospital from 2010 December to 2012 December were treated 90 cases of patients with pharyngeal abnormal sense, were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group re- ceived routine nursing care,observation group were treated with comprehensiye nursing intervention. Results After 1 weeks of treatment,the observation group Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）and self-rating depression scale （SDS）scores were （45.1 ±9.6）%, （45.3±8.7）were less than that in the control group, the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS）and self-rating depression seale（SDS）seore （53.6±8.7）%, （53.6±7.9）, significant differences（P〈0.01）. Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with pha- ryngeal abnormal sense of good effect, shorten, have certain effect to reduce the unpleasant degree patients.
