N末端B型脑钠肽在老年人慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用分析

目的探究血浆N末端B型脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平对老年人慢性心力衰揭患者的临床诊断价值。方法将156例老年患者分组为心衰组92例和非心衰组64例,采取罗氏发光免疫学方法检测两组患者血浆NT-proBNP水平。结果心衰组中的血浆NT-proBNP水平浓度明显高于非心衰组,数据的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且患者NT-proBNP水平与美国NYHA心功能不全(CHF)的分级标准密切相关(P<0.01),心功能不全越严重,NT-proBNP值越高。结论血浆NT-proBNP水平能够有效的对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的病情进行判断,而且这种检测指标具有操作方法简单、敏感性高以及特异性强的特点,在临床诊断中具有重要的价值。

The Application of N-terminal Pro-brain B-type Natriuretic Peptides in the Diagnosis of Elderly Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Objective To study the clinical value of plasma N-terminal pro-brain B-type natriuretic peptides （NT-proBNP） levels in the diagnosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 156 elderly patients were divided into heart failure group （n=92） and non-heart failure group （n=64）. The plasma NT-proBNP levels of the patients of the groups were detected by Roche lu- minescence immunology method. Results The plasma NT-proBNP levels of the heart failure group were significantly higher than those of the non-heart failure group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.001）. The plasma NT-proBNP levels of the patients were closely related to the NYHA CHF grading standards （P〈0.01）, the higher NT-proBNP level was, the worse heart fail- ure was. Conclusion Plasma NT-proBNP level is effective in the diagnosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, which has important value in clinical diagnosis with the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity and strong specificity.
