心理护理对酒依赖患者治疗的影响

目的了解心理护理对酒依赖患者戒断症状、生活质量的影响。方法将60例患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各30例。两组基础治疗均采用静脉滴注地西泮，研究组给予心理护理，对照组常规护理，观察周期为4w。在治疗第1、2、3、4w使用戒断症状量表评分，治疗前、治疗4w后使用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）评分。结果戒断症状量表显示治疗2、3、4w时，研究组戒断症状低于对照组（P〈0．05）；4w末时研究组躯体功能、心理功能改善优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论心理护理有助于减轻患者戒断症状和提高患者生活质量。

The Influence of Psychological Nursing on the Curative Effects in Patients with Alcohol Dependence

Objective To investigate the influence of psychological nursing on the withdrawal syndrome and quality of Life in patients with alcohol dependence. Methods 60 patients with alcohol dependence were randomly enrolled experiment group （30 cases） and contrast group （30 cases）. The two groups were accepted diazepam intravenous infusion. The enrolled experiment group was accepted psychological nursing, but contrast group was accepted routine nursing for four weeks. Clinical efficacy evaluated with withdrawal symptoms scale at the end of 1st, 2nd,3th,4th week after treatment, the general questionnaire on living standards （GQOLI-74）was used before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment. Results At the end of 2,3,4 week,the score of withdrawal symptoms scale in experiment group was lower than that in contrast group（P〈0.05）. After 4 week, the body function and mental function in experiment group was better than those in contrast group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing may reduce withdrawal Symptoms and improve quality of life in patients with alcohol dependence.
