龙珠软膏对C02激光术后创面修复作用的临床观察

目的观察龙珠软膏对二氧化碳激光术后创面修复作用的临床疗效。方法随机将82例二氧化碳激光术后患者分为两组各41例，治疗组外用龙珠软膏，对照组外用莫匹罗星软膏；比较两组术后疼痛持续时间、创面愈合时间、创面感染、创面愈合状况。结果治疗组疼痛持续时间、创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，两组感染发生率、色素沉着发生率、瘢痕发生率比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论龙珠软膏能缩短术后患者疼痛持续时间、创面愈合时间，预防创面感染，降低色素沉着及瘢痕形成的发生率，值得在激光术后应用。

Clinical Observation of Longzhu Ointment on Wound Repair after COs Laser Therapy

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Longzhu Ointment on wound repair after CO2 laser therapy. Methods Eighty - two patients after CO2 laser therapy were randomized into two groups, 41 cases in each one. In the treatment group, Longzhu Ointment was used externally. In the control group, Mupirocin Ointment was used externally. The time of pain, healing time of wound, wound infection and wound healing condition were compared between two groups. Results In the treatment, the time of pain and wound healing was shorter than that in the control group. The differences in the infection incidence, pigmentation in- cidence and scar incidence were significant in comparison of two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Longzhu Ointment shortens the time of pain and wound healing, prevents from wound infection and reduces the inci- dences of pigmentation and scar formation. Hence, this therapy deserves to be applied after laser therapy.
