窝沟封闭剂对于牙周手术后过敏症敏感症状的影响研究

目的研究窝沟封闭剂对于牙周手术后过敏症敏感症状的影响。方法我院接受牙周根向复位瓣术后由于根颈部暴露而诱发牙本质过敏的患者128例，随机分为研究组和对照组，其中研究组患者给予可见光固化窝沟封闭剂进行脱敏治疗，对照组患者给予高露洁El腔专业用脱敏抛光膏治疗，比较两组患者治疗后0、4、12w的敏感症状情况。结果组内比较发现对照组患者治疗后0、4、12w的触压敏感计分均显著高于治疗前（P〈0．05）。吹气敏感计分仅治疗后0w显著低于治疗前（P〈o．05），治疗后4、12w与治疗前相比差异无统计学意义（P2〉0．05），而研究组患者治疗后0w的触压敏感计分显著高于治疗前（P〈0．05），但治疗后4、12w的触压敏感计分与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），另外治疗后0、4、12w的吹气敏感计分均显著低于治疗前（P〈O．05），组间比较发现两组患者治疗前的触压敏感计分和吹气敏感计分差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），研究组患者治疗后4、12w的触压敏感计分和吹气敏感计分均显著低于对照组患者（P〈0．05），治疗后0w的触压敏感计分和吹气敏感计分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论光固化窝沟封闭剂可以有效抑制牙周手术术后牙本质过敏症敏感症状，其效果持续12w以上。

Effect of Fissure Sealants on Allergy Symptoms After Periodontal Surgery

Objective To study the effect of fissure sealants on allergy symptoms after periodontal surgery. Methods 128 patients with hypersensitive dentin due to exposure of root and neck of tooth after periodontal flap surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into research group given light-visihle fissure sealants and control group offered with Colgate desensitization polishing paste. Allergy symptoms in 0, 4 and 12 weeks in two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results In control group, contact sensitivity score in 0, 4 and 12 weeks were evidently higher after treatment than before treatment（P〈0.05）, while blowing sensitivity score were lower at 0 week after treatment（P〈0.05） but had no difference in 4 and 12 weeks. In study group, contact sensitivity score was higher alter treatment in 0 week but had no difference in 4 and 12 weeks, and blowing sensitivity score in 0, 4 and 12 weeks were obviously lower after treatment （P 〈 0. 05）. Contact and blowing sensitivity scores after treatment showed no difference in each group and in 0 week between two groups, while they were lower in study group than in control group in 4 and 12 weeks（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Light-visible fissure sealants can effectively inhibit allergy symptoms after periodontal surgery, and the effects can last for over 12 weeks.
