自动痔疮套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔90例临床分析

目的探讨自动痔疮套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用自动痔疮套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗90例混合痔患者的病例资料，观察患者术后疗效及并发症发生情况。结果本组90例患者中，内痔Ⅱ期51例，内痔Ⅲ期39例。手术时间10～18min，平均13min，住院时间2～5d，平均3d，术后尿潴留5例（5．6％），肛门坠胀16例（17．8％），急便感2例（2．2％），术后大出血2例（2．2％），无肛门直肠狭窄和肛门失禁；随访1年复发3例（3．3％）。结论自动痔疮套扎术联合外痔切除术治疗混合痔操作简单，具有创伤小、复发率低，疗效确切、并发症少、住院时间短等优点。

Clinical Analysis of 90 Cases with Mixed Hemorrhoids Undergoing Automatic Ligation and External Piles Resection

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the automatic ligation and external piles resection treatment for mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on treatment of 90 cases with mixed hemorrhoids using automatic ligation and external piles resection. The efficacy and the complications were assessed. Results Of the 90 patients, II degree hemorrhoids in 51 cases, m degree hemorrhoids in 39 cases. The mean operation time was 13（range 10-18）minutes. The mean hospital stay time was 3（range 2 5）days. Of the 90 patients, urinary retention 5 patients（5.6 ~/00 ）, anal bulge 1 6 patients （ 1 7.8 ~ ）, fecal urgency 2 patients （2.2 % ）, postoperative bleeding 2 patients （2. 2%）, no other complications found, such as anorectal stenosis and fecal incontinence. Recurrence rate was 3. 3 % within a year follow-up. Conclusion Automatic ligation and external piles resection treatment for mixed hemorrhoids is a simple and safe procedure with low recurrence rate, minimal invasion, and definite efficacy, fewer complications, shorter hospital stay, etc.
