探讨布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效

目的探讨布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效。方法选择2012年3月—2013年3月该院接诊的60例小儿支气管肺炎的患者进行研究。随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各30例患者。两组均给予常规的基础治疗,对照组在基础治疗上,采用盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入对患者进行治疗,实验组采用布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入对患者进行治疗。结果实验组患者治疗的临床有效率(93.3%)明显高于对照组(66.7%),两组比较有统计学意义(t=6.9333,P=0.0312)。实验组患者的发热、咳嗽、气促、肺部湿啰音及X线阴影的减退时间明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论布地奈德联合盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗小儿支气管肺炎效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Study on the Effects of Budesonide and Ambroxol Hydrochloride Inhalation on Children with Bronchial Pneumonia

Objective To explore the efficacy of budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation on children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 60 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted in our hospital from March, 2012 to March, 2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients in each. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was given ambroxol inhalation treatment and the experimental group was given budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation treatment. Results The experiment group＇s clinical effective rate was 93.3%, higher than that of the control group＇s 66.7%, the difference was statistically significant（t=6.9333,P=0.0312）. The subsided times of the symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, pulmonary rales and X-ray shadow were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P0.01）. Conclusion Budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride inhalation is quite effective in treating children with bronchial pneumonia, which is worthy of clinical application.
