脑出血患者血清HCY、hs-CRP联合检测的临床研究

目的探讨脑出血患者血清超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）和同型半胱氨酸（HCY）水平变化与其病情轻重及预后的关系。方法分别应用胶乳免疫比浊法和循环酶法测定120例脑出血患者及80例健康对照组血清中的hs-CRP和HCY水平,并且观察2个指标与病情、预后的关系。结果脑出血患者hs-CRP和HCY水平都显著高于健康对照组（P〈0.01）。不同病情程度脑出血患者血清hs-CRP和hcy水平比较,高危组〉中危组〉低危组;hs-CRP和hcy水平正常组好转率高于异常组。结论血中hs-CRP和HCY水平升高与脑出血的发生有着密切的联系,其水平有助于评估脑出血病情及预后。

Clinical Study of Codetermination of HCY and Hs-CRP in Serum of Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To investigate the relationship between the level change of hypersensitive c-reactive protein（hs-CRP） in serum and disease severity and the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods Serum level of hs-CRP and homocysteine（HCY） of 120 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and 80 healthy people（control group） were measured by latex immune turbidimetry and circulating enzymic method, respectively. The relationship among the two indicators, and disease severity and the prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage patients were observed. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP and HCY of patients with cerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those of the healthy people in the control group with statistically significant difference（P0.01）. For different types of cerebral hemorrhage,the levels of serum hs-CRP and HCY of patients with high risk cerebral hemorrhage were higher than those of patients with average risk and low risk cerebral hemorrhage.The improvement rate of hs-CRP and HCY levels of the normal group was higher than that of the abnormal group. Conclusion The levels of hs-CRP and HCY in serum are closely related with the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage. Therefore, the detection of the levels of serum hs-CRP and HCY helps evaluate the disease severity and prognosis of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
