摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者下肢深静脉血栓的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2009年10月-2013年1月住院的AECOPD患者,行双下肢静脉彩色多普勒超声检查。结果AECOPD符合人选者共284例,经彩色多普勒超声诊断证实下肢深静脉血栓共51例,发生率为17.96%。结论彩色多普勒超声是一种无创性检查方式,对AECOPD患者合并下肢深静脉血栓的诊断具有较高的敏感性和特异性,并可对治疗效果进行评价。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasound examination in lower- limb deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD (AECOPD). Methods The patients with AECOPD admitted from October 2009 to January 2013 in Chengdu 3rd Hospital were included for analysis. DVT was investigated in all patients (whether or not clinically suspected) by lower limb venous ultrasonography. Results The total number of patients with AECOPD was 284,and the prevalence of lower-limb DVT was 17.96% (51/284). Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound examination is a noninvasive method to lower limb DVT in patients with AECOPD, with high sensitivity and specifity.
