腹腔镜根治术对进展期胃癌患者生活质量及血清糖类抗原72—4的影响

目的观察腹腔镜根治术对进展期胃癌患者生活质量（QOL）和血清糖类抗原72-4（CA72-4）的影响。方法将86例进展期胃癌患者随机分为两组,对照组采用开腹手术,观察组采用腹腔镜根治术。术后6个月,比较两组患者QOL和血清CA72-4水平。结果观察组患者术中出血量及住院时间显著少于对照组,而手术时间显著长于对照组;两组患者治疗后血清CA72-4水平均较治疗前明显下降,但观察组降低更明显;两组患者治疗后QOL评分均较治疗前升高,但观察组升高更明显。结论腹腔镜根治术可有效改善进展期胃癌患者的QOL,降低血清CA72-4水平。

Effects of Laparoscopic Radical Resection on the Quality of Life and Serum Carbohydrate Antigen 72-4 in Patients with Advanced Gastric Cancer

Objective To observe the effects of laparoscopic radical resection on the quality of life （QOL） and serum carbohydrate antigen 72-4 （CA72-4） in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods Eighty six patients with advanced gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in control group were operated through laparotomy, while those in observation group were operated through laparoscopic radical resection. The QOL and serum CA72 4 levels in patients of two groups were compared 6 months after operation. Results The intraoperative bleeding and hospital stays in observation group were significantly less than that in control group, while the operation time was markedly longer than control group. The levels of CA72-4 after treatment in two groups decreased obviously compared with treatment before, but the decreased degree in observation group was larger, QOL scores after treatment in two groups increased obviously compared with treatment before, but the increased degree in observation group was more significant. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical resection can effectively improve the Q（）L in patients with advanced gastric cancer, and decrease the level of serum CA72-4.
