滋肾育胎丸治疗中孕早期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下出血的临床研究

观察滋肾育胎丸治疗中孕早期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下出血的临床疗效。方法将60例孕13～15周确诊为先兆流产合并绒毛膜下出血、中医辨证为脾肾亏虚的患者，随机分为2组，其中30例为治疗组，运用滋肾育胎丸治疗2周；30例作为对照组，运用地屈孕酮片治疗2周。观察两组的疗效，比较其阴道出血停止时间，腹痛缓解时间以及官腔积血消失的情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93．33％，显著高于对照组76．67％（P〈0．05）；阴道出血、腹痛症状的改善率和官腔积液减少率均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论滋肾育胎丸能有效治疗中医辨证为脾肾亏虚证的中孕早期先兆流产合并绒毛膜下出血患者。

Clinical Research of ZishenYutai Pill in the Treatment of Threatened Abor- tion in the Early Stage of Pregnancy and Subchorionic Bleeding

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ZishenYubao Pill on threatened abortion in the early stage of pregnancy and subchorionic bleeding. Methods Sixty cases of pregnancy in 13 ~ 15 week- swere randomized into two groups, diagnosed as threatened abortion and subchorionie bleeding, differentiated as spleen and kidney deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine. In a treatment group （30 cases ） , ZishenY- ubao Pills were taken for 2 weeks. In a control group （30 cases ） , Dydrogesterone Tablets were taken for 2 weeks. The efficacy was observed in the two groups. The terminating time of vaginal bleeding, releasing time of abdominal pain and disappearance of uterine hemorrhage were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group, which was higher significantly than 76.67% in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement rate of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain, as well as the reduc- ing rate of uterine hemorrhage in the treatment group were superior to the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclu- sion ZishenYutai Pills treats effectively threatened abortion in the early stage of pregnancy and subchorionic bleeding differentiated as spleen and kidney deficiency in traditional Chinese medicine.
