贝那普利片联合金水宝胶囊、羟苯磺酸钙片治疗高血压肾病的疗效观察

目的探讨贝那普利片联合金水宝胶囊、羟苯磺酸钙片在治疗高血压肾病方面的临床效果,为今后临床治疗提供些许借鉴意义。方法选取该院2011年9月—2013年9月这些年收治的高血压肾病患者80例,按照患者入院顺序进行编号、抽取,奇数为一组,偶数为二组,各40例。一组采用贝那普利片联合金水宝胶囊予以治疗,二组则采用贝那普利片联合羟苯磺酸钙片予以治疗。治疗时间均为10个星期,通过检测两组患者治疗前后的血肌酐和尿素氮等对效果进行评定。结果两组在治疗后的血肌酐以及尿素氮方面的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论贝那普利片联合金宝水胶囊、羟苯磺酸钙片均能有效治疗高血压肾病,也没有不良反应。

The Comparison Between the Effects of Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Jinshuibao Capsules, and Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Calcium Dobesilate Tablets on Hypertensive Nephropathy

Objective To compare the effects of benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with jinshuibao capsules, and benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with calcium dobesilate tablets on hypertensive nephropathy so as to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods 80 patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted in our hospital from September, 2011 to September, 2013 were selected and divided into group 1（patients with odd numbers） and group 2（patients with even numbers） with40 patients in each according to the parity of their inpatient number. Group 1 was treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with jinshuibao capsules, and group 2 was treated with benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with calcium dobesilate tablets. All the groups were treated for 10 weeks. The effect of the treatment was evaluated by the detection of blood creatinine and urea nitrogen of the groups before and after the treatment. Results No statistically significant differences were found in the aspects of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen between the groups after the treatment（P 0.05）. Conclusion Both benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with jinshuibao capsules, and benazepril hydrochloride tablets combined with calcium dobesilate tablets are effective in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy with no adverse reactions.
