补肾安胎方配合黄体酮治疗复发性流产的临床观察

目的观察补肾安胎方配合黄体酮治疗复发性流产的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的45例患者,按2∶1采用随机、平行对照的试验方法,分为治疗组30例与对照组15例。治疗组予补肾安胎方配合黄体酮胶丸,对照组予黄体酮胶丸。治疗至妊娠满12周。结果两组患者治疗后妊娠结局:治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率66.7%;两组治疗后中医症状改善情况:治疗组总有效率90.0%,对照组总有效率66.7%。以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组妊娠6周、8周、10周末孕酮水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组妊娠6周、8周、10周末β-HCG水平及妊娠10周末孕酮水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对两组患者随访,胎儿及新生儿未见畸形或发育异常。结论应用补肾安胎方配合黄体酮能有效提高妊娠成功率,明显改善临床症状,应用安全可靠。

Clinical Observation of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Treated with Bushen Antai Formula and Progesterone

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on recurrent spontaneous abortion （RSA） treated with Bushen Antai Formula and progesterone. Methods According to the inclusive criteria,45 pa- tients were enrolled. The random, parallel and controlled trial method was adopted. At the ratio of 2 ： 1, they were divided into a treatment group （30 cases）and a control group （15 cases）. In the treatment group, Bushen Antai Formula was used in combination with Progesterone Capsule. In the control group, Progesterone Capsule was prescribed. The treatment was applied continuously for totally 12 weeks in pregnancy. Results The out- come of pregnancy after treatment in the two groups：the total effective rate was 93.3 % in the treatment group and was 66.7% in the control group. The improvements in the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment：the total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment and was 66.7% in the control group, indicating the significant differences（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference was significant in comparison of progesterone level in 6,8 and 10 weeks of pregnancy in comparison between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The differences in 13 - HCG level in 6,8 and 10 weeks of pregnancy and progesterone level in 10 weeks of pregnancy were not sig- nificant in comparison between the two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The follow - up visit did not discover the deformity or abnormal development of fetus and the newborn in the two groups. Conclusion Bushen Antai Formula combined with progesterone improves effectively the successful rate of pregnancy and relieves obviously the clinical symptoms. This medication is safe and reliable.
