泪腺原发性上皮性肿瘤的临床与病理

目的对泪腺原发性上皮性肿瘤的临床及病理特征进行总结。方法回顾总结17例泪腺原发性上皮性肿瘤病例。结果良性肿瘤以泪腺良性混合瘤为主，恶性肿瘤以泪腺腺样囊性癌为主。结论在肿瘤性质的诊断中，CT及B超具有重要作用；术中快速冻结切片是术中鉴别肿瘤性质的可靠方法；病理检查决定最终诊断。

The Clinic and Pathology of Primary Epithelial Tumor of the Lacrimal Gland

To summarize the clinic and pathology of primary epthelial tumor of the lacrimal gland. Methods Seventeen cases of primary epithelial tumor of the lacrimal gland were reviewed retrospectively. Results Mixed tumor of the lacrimal gland is the main type of the benign tumor,and adenocarcinoma is the main type of the malignant tumor.
