明党参果实脂肪油成分GC/MSD分析

目的 分析明党参果实脂肪油中的化学成分，为开发新的药用资源提供一定的依据。方法 自明党参果实中提得游离脂肪油和结合脂肪油，分别制备成甲酯衍生物，采用GC/MSD联用技术分析鉴定。结果 明党参果实中游离脂肪油含（Z）9-十八碳烯酸9-Octadecenoic acid(Z)],(Z,Z)9,11-十八碳二烯酸9，11-Octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z)]，棕榈酸（Palmitic acid)等；结合脂肪油中主含棕榈酸，（Z，Z）9，12-十八碳二烯酸9，12-Octadecadienoic acid(Z,Z)],(Z)9-十八碳烯酸9-Octadecenoic acid(Z)]。硬脂酸（Stearic acid)。油酸（Oleic acid)等。结论 明党参果实含有较多的不饱和脂肪油。

GC/MSD Analysis on Fatty Oil in Fruit of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae

OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical components in the fatty oil of the fruit of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae so as to provide basis for the development of new drugs.MEHTOD The free and conjugated fatty oil extracted from the fruit of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae was prepared into methyl ester derivants, which were analyzed and identified with GC/MSD technique. RESULT The free fatty oil in the fruit of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae contained 9-Octadecenoic acid, 9, 11-Octadecadienoic acid, palmitic acid, etc. The conjugated fatty oil contained 9, 12-Octadecadienoic acid, 9-Octadecenoic acid, stearic acid, oleic acid, etc. CONCLUSION The fruit of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae contain plenty of unsaturated fatty oil.
