| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨各种有关结肠慢传输性便秘的诊断及治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析我院1987－2001年治疗的结肠慢传输性便秘20例患者的临床资料。结果 7例单纯性结肠慢传输性便秘患者结肠切除术治愈率100％，术后排便每日1－3次，13例合并出口梗阻性便秘的患者治愈率84．6％（11／13），术后排便每日1－3次，无效7．7％（1／13）。结论 对单纯性结肠慢传输性便秘的患者和合并出口梗阻性便秘的结肠慢传输性便秘的患者，结肠切除术是一种理想的手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and efficacy of operative treatment of the slow transit constipation (STC). Methods Data of 20 cases of STC admitted from 1987 to 2001 of were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the 7 patients of simple STC were cured, with about 1 to 3 times of bowel movements daily. Among the 13 STC patients complicated with outlet obstructive constipation (OOC), 11 were cured, having about 1 to 3 times of bowel movements daily. But the other 2 patients (7.7%) remained invalid. Conclusion Colectomy is a good approach for the patients with simple STC or STC complicated with OOC. |
