银花清暑合剂治疗小儿外感发热暑湿袭表证70例

目的　观察银花清暑合剂治疗小儿外感发热暑湿袭表证的临床疗效。方法　 1 0 0例患者随机分为 2组。治疗组 70例口服银花清暑合剂 ,对照组 3 0例口服香菊感冒颗粒 ,2组均 3日为 1个疗程 ,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果　治疗组痊愈率、总有效率分别为 75 .71 %、97.1 4 %,对照组分别为 5 0 .0 0 %、83 .3 3 %,2组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;2组发热患者体温恢复正常情况比较亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　银花清暑合剂治疗小儿外感发热暑湿袭表证疗效确切

Clinical observation on 70 cases of fever duo to exopathy with summer-heat and damp syndrome in children treated by Yinhuaqingshu mixture

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Yinhuaqingshu mixture on the fever duo to exopathy with summer-heat and damp syndrome in children. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 70 patients in treatment group were treated by Yinhuaqingshu mixture;30 patients in control group were treated by Xiangjvganmao granules, with a treatment course of 3 days for both groups. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after one treatment course. Results The cure rate and total effective rate in treatment group were 75.71% and 97.14% respectively, which were 50.00% and 83.33% in control group respectively. There were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinhuaqingshu mixture is effective in treating the fever duo to exopathy with summer-heat and damp syndrome in children.
