内蒙古贫困地区儿童营养健康状况分析

目的了解内蒙古自治区农村地区儿童营养健康状况。方法问卷调查、体格测量、Epi Info软件统计分析。结果共监测6岁以F儿童625人,其中男孩320人,占51.20%,女孩305人,占48.80%;贫血患病率11.68%;低体重率为4.64%、生长发育迟缓率6.40%、消瘦率1.44%。结论一般营养不良发生的原凶为食物和营养素摄入不足、疾病、缺乏父母照顾。从本次调查的结果还可以看出儿童家庭经济收入差及父母文化程度低也是落后地区儿童营养不良的重要因素。这指出了今后工作的重点,不但要避免和减少营养不良患病的直接原因,还应该通过政府帮扶等办法帮助贫困家庭增加收入,提高整体教育水平,从根本上解决存在的营养相关问题。

It pointed out that the focus of future work, not only to avoid and reduce the direct cause of malnutrition, illness, should also help, such as through government to help poor families increase their income, improve the overall level ofeducation, the existence ofa fundamental solution to the nutrition related issues.
