糖尿病患者在社区应用胰岛素强化治疗效果观察

目的观察社区应用胰岛素强化治疗糖尿病患者的近期疗效,探讨社区管理糖尿病患者的整体管理模式。方法针对我院分管社区范围内的糖尿病患者建立健康档案表,筛选自愿在社区医院接受胰岛素强化治疗的患者进行疗效观察和健康随访,与三级医院内分泌科接受胰岛素强化治疗患者进行问卷调查对比。结果社区强化胰岛素治疗模式更容易开展,患者更容易接受社区内胰岛素强化治疗。结论合理开展社区糖尿病患者的管理,对缓解患者就医压力,患者开展健康教育,糖尿病并发症护理等都存在优势。

Diabetes In the community apply Insulin Intensive Therapy Effect Observation

Objective Observation of the community to strengthen the application of insulin to treat diabetes in patients with short-term effect,To explore community-based management of the overall diabetes management.Methods In charge of the community for our hospital patients with diabetes within the scope of the file table to establish a healthy,Voluntary screening in the community hospital for patients treated with Insulin Clinical Observation and health to carry out follow-up,Endocrinology and tertiary hospitals to accept patients with intensive insulin therapy compared to a questionnaire survey.Results Community intensive insulin treatment modalities carried out more easily,More acceptable to the community in patients with intensive insulin therapy. Conclusion The rational development of community management of diabetic patients,patients with medical treatment to alleviate pressure on health education of patients,the complications of diabetes care there are advantages.
